Dr. May Chidiac visited the First Lady of Lebanon, Mrs. Neemat Aoun, at the Presidential Palace in Baabda, where they discussed several national and social issues, with a focus on the role of women in public life and ways to strengthen their participation in decision-making positions.
During the visit, Dr. Chidiac invited the First Lady to participate in the “Women On the Front Lines” (WOFL) conference, organized by the May Chidiac Foundation in partnership with UN Women, which will be held on November 12 at the Phoenicia Hotel.
The invitation reflects the First Lady’s ongoing commitment, in her role as President of the National Commission for Lebanese Women (NCLW), to promoting women’s rights, culture, and education.
