Beirut, November 22 — Dr. May Chidiac took part in the third conference of the Women Leaders Association, presided over by Madiha Raslan, held at SeaSide Arena – Beirut under the theme “Ana Lubnaniya Arabia.”
The event was attended by Lebanon’s First Lady, Neemat Aoun—who was honored during the ceremony—along with Ambassador Sahar Baassiri Salam, the wife of the Prime Minister, as well as a number of ministers, MPs, and prominent figures from the economic and media sectors.
In her address, Raslan emphasized that “Arab women in general, and Lebanese women in particular, have never sat on the sidelines of events. They stand at the heart of the action as active partners in shaping the future.”
The conference sessions focused on entrepreneurship and the economic and social empowerment of Arab women, highlighting successful experiences and regional collaborations.
The following day, the association hosted a dinner gathering for participants, council members, and guests, during which several distinguished personalities from various sectors were honored for their achievements and contributions.
